Fulfilment Policy

We'll always do our best to fulfil your needs and meet your expectations โ€” but it helps to have things written down, so we both know what's what, who does what, and what happens if something goes wrong. No confusing legal jargon here, just a clear plan for how we'll work together.

Last updated: July 2026

In short: we'll deliver what we agree, on time and to a professional standard, and you'll give us what we need to do that (content, feedback, approvals) and pay on the schedule we agree. Monthly marketing services are billed in advance, and either of us can end the working relationship with 30 days' written notice.

1. What Both Parties Agree to Do

You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself, your company or your organisation. You'll give us everything we need to complete the project โ€” as, when, and in the format we need it โ€” and you'll review our work, and provide feedback and approval, in a timely manner. Deadlines work both ways, so you'll be bound by the dates we set together, and you agree to stick to the payment schedule set out in this policy.

We have the experience and ability to do everything we've agreed with you, and we'll do it professionally and on time. We'll do our best to meet every deadline that's set, and we'll maintain the confidentiality of everything you give us.

2. SEO & Search Engine Services

ClickBreeze has no control over the policies of search engines regarding the type of sites and/or content they accept, now or in future. Your website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time, at the sole discretion of that search engine or directory.

Google is known to hold back the rankings of new websites or pages until they've proven their longevity โ€” often called the "Google Sandbox." ClickBreeze accepts no liability for ranking, traffic or indexing issues caused by Google Sandbox effects.

Occasionally, search engines drop listings for no clear or predictable reason. Often, the listing reappears without any further work being needed. Should a listing be dropped during an active SEO campaign and it doesn't reappear within 30 days of the campaign ending, ClickBreeze will re-optimise the website or page in line with the search engine's current policies at no extra cost.

We have a strong track record and proven strategies for SEO, AEO and GEO success. However, because search engine and AI platform algorithms are constantly evolving, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations or outcomes. We commit to using our expertise and dedication to improve your online visibility, and we treat our client relationships as genuine collaborations โ€” working diligently and transparently towards the best possible results for your business.

We can't guarantee that our work will be completely error-free, so we can't be held liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even where we've been advised such damages were possible. If any provision of this policy is found to be unlawful, void, or otherwise unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severable and won't affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

ClickBreeze reserves the right to assign other team members or subcontractors to assist on parts of a project, to ensure quality and on-time delivery. We also reserve the right to use any design software, tools, resources or plugins that help us deliver the best possible finished project.

You guarantee that all text, images or other artwork you provide us with are either owned by you, or that you have permission to use them.

Once your final payment has cleared, copyright is assigned as follows:

  • You'll own the visual elements we create specifically for your project. We'll provide source and finished files โ€” please keep these somewhere safe, as we're not required to retain a copy ourselves.
  • You own all text, images and data you provided to us, unless someone else owns them.

We love showing off our work and sharing what we've learned, so we reserve the right โ€” with your permission โ€” to display and link to your project as part of our portfolio, and to write about it on our website, in articles, or elsewhere.

5. Payments

For monthly marketing services, full payment is required at the start of each month before we begin or continue any work. To keep your campaign running smoothly and avoid delays, setting up a standing order at the start of your campaign is a required part of our onboarding process. We'll share a link and instructions for this in your welcome email.

6. Non-Transferrable

Much like a parking ticket, this agreement can't be transferred to anyone else without our permission. It stays in place and doesn't need to be renewed. If any part of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.

7. Cancellation

Either party may end the working relationship by giving 30 days' written notice to the other.

If work is postponed or terminated at the client's request, ClickBreeze has the right to bill for work up to the end of the 30-day notice period, while reserving all other rights under this agreement.

Worked Example

Say a client has a monthly service fee of ยฃ3,000, invoiced on the 1st of each month, and gives written notice to cancel on the 15th of that same month.

What's already been paid: the client has already paid the full ยฃ3,000 for that month, since the invoice was issued on the 1st, before notice was given.

The 30-day notice period: because notice must run for 30 days, the working relationship continues until the 15th of the following month. The client is billed for this additional 15-day stretch at a daily rate of ยฃ3,000 รท 30 = ยฃ100/day, giving a final invoice of ยฃ1,500 for that period.

Total cost of cancelling mid-month: ยฃ3,000 (month already paid) + ยฃ1,500 (remaining notice period) = ยฃ4,500. No further invoices are issued after this, as the agreement ends at the close of the notice period.

8. Refunds

We don't offer refunds for services already rendered. Once a service period has begun and the corresponding invoice has been issued, the client is responsible for paying it in full, as set out in this policy. This ensures our team is fairly compensated for the time and resources allocated to your project.

If you have any questions about our cancellation or refund terms, please get in touch with our team โ€” we're always happy to talk it through.

9. When This Agreement Takes Effect

This agreement becomes effective once agreed by both ClickBreeze and the client, whether by signature, written confirmation, or by the client proceeding with an invoiced service. Regardless of where this agreement is entered into, both parties agree that, for the purposes of venue, it was entered into in Scotland, United Kingdom, and any dispute will be resolved under Scottish and UK law.
