Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set out the rules and conditions that apply when you use clickbreeze.co.uk or engage ClickBreeze for digital marketing, web development or advertising services. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: July 2026
In short: by using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. We'll always try to deliver what we agree in a proposal or contract; anything specific to a paid project (scope, price, timelines) is confirmed separately in writing and takes priority over this general page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clickbreeze.co.uk (the "Service"), operated by ClickBreeze. Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not access or continue using the Service.
2. Our Service
ClickBreeze provides digital marketing, advertising, SEO, AEO/GEO, PPC, local SEO and web development services. Details of a specific project — including scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines — are agreed separately with each client in a proposal, quote or contract. Where the terms of a signed proposal or contract conflict with this general page, the signed agreement takes priority.
We aim to deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but digital marketing outcomes (such as search rankings, ad performance or traffic growth) depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and advertising platform algorithms, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures or revenue outcomes unless this is explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Accounts & Enquiries
When you contact us through our website, book a call, or request a quote, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You're responsible for keeping any login details or account access we provide to you (for example, to reporting dashboards) secure and confidential.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on clickbreeze.co.uk — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by ClickBreeze or our licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or repurpose this content without our prior written permission.
For client projects, ownership of final deliverables (such as a completed website or ad creative) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless a different arrangement is set out in the relevant proposal or contract.
5. Acceptable Use
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data
- Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
6. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ClickBreeze.
ClickBreeze has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that ClickBreeze shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ClickBreeze makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickBreeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service or any services provided by us. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Where we provide paid services under a separate contract, any specific liability caps or indemnities agreed in that contract will apply in addition to this section.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we may have had regarding the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
